sir our CM declared that 20 % increment in probation pay from September 2014 month. finance department also issued order for that increment in all department of Rajasthan goverment. but for polytechnic college's principle and directorate officers not understanding the meaning of this orderand they create hurdel for all probationary . they are not issuing order for increment, although some college like Gpc,dungerpur and Gpc,sanganer college are issued order for it and they are getting benifit of 20% increment. Now what should we do for getting that increased amount. this problem is related to all probationary of GPC.

Dear Sir

You are the not only who face hurdles from our department. I tell you that in our state all the govt. polytechnic college's give 100 % 6th pay commission arrear to 2009 batch recruitees lecturers but only GPC ajmer and GPC Jodhpur given only 60% arrear. Because they waiting for new service rules according AICTE 6th pay Commission Report 5 march 2010. We approximately 15 Lecturer out of 180 lecturer still waiting for new rules and our 40 % arrear of Probation period. But all of this things i personally think that your issue  is much Important than us.

Thanks & Ragards

Dear Sir,

We are trieng to resolve the matter regarding the 40% arrear.

Secondly the government is going to appeal against the probation orders in upper Bench that is Supreme court.Thats why the Government is not issueng general order in this matter. But we are  ready to give memorandum on this also.

Thanks
